Cut a peace of poka dot blue and white spot decorative card stock 14.5cm by 14.5cm, and stick down with your double sided tape.
I cut two wave strips with my creative memories border maker one in red and one in yellow I stuck the yellow one about 2cm up on the bottom of my blue decorative card stock. I then stuck the red border.
I coloured my image with Derwent water coloured pencils and sponged around the edge with blue ink. I decorated my image with foam shapes from Spot light, this card is very easy, suitable for a beginner. Just have fun. I used a smooshing brush for the cheeks.
