Queen of Hearts
Cut a peace of 12 x 5.8 inches red card stock. Then fold in half and crease. Cut a peace of white card stock to fit on front of your card, allow to still be able to see your red card stock under neath. Then cut a peace of printed card stock with hearts on it and allow to still see the white underneath your card. So you have three layers.
Using a Martha Stewart punch cut a row of white border and mount on a peace of plain red card stock. decorate with a row of ribbon, I used the red ribbon on the top corner and bottom right corner. Stick on before sticking your printed card stock to your white card stock, layer two.
I coloured my image in with Tim Holts Pens and used water coloured pencils for her hair and skin. I cut my image out with a scalloped heart from Craft Jeanie on Face Book. I sponged around my image with Real Red ink, from Stampin up. I then cut out a second heart in red, I placed this under my image heart and decorated my image with hearts from Close to your Heart.
I decorated my image with Bling. I used my Scallop Punch from Stampin Up and cut a red scalloped Oval, and then stamped a Happy Birthday and cut out with my Oval Punch, then sponged this with Real Red Ink, and stuck on with double sided tape. Decorated with a heart. Just have fun.
