Cut a peace of 12 x 5.8 inch's card stock and fold in half and crease.  Then choose two peaces of decorative card stock and place the same colour top and bottom and a contrast colour in the middle.

Put a peace of aqua blue ribbon over the joins in your card stock, I use red tape on my ribbon and lace as this is stronger Do not stick to your card until you have put your ribbon and lace on.

Cut out your image with your die and use your cuttlebug or big shot.

 I used foam shapes for the trousers, flowers  and top.  I decorated my image with three blue bling on top left and bottom right corners of my die which I cut out.  I sponged around my image with pacific blue ink from Stampin up bright collection.

I used Derwent water colour pencils to colour my image with and Tim Holts pens.  I use a smooshing brush on the cheeks.
