Cut a peace of 12 x 5.8 inch's card stock in Blue, fold your blue card stock in half and crease.     Cut a peace of decorative poka dot blue card stock 14.5cm by 14.5cm.  Stick down with your double sided tape.

I cut two half oval decorative dies out with my Cuttlebug and put on the front of my poka dot card stock.  I used my sticker machine for this.   I coloured my image with water coloured pencils and sponged around the edge with Pretty in Pink Stampin up ink.  I first cut my image out with a die, using my cuttlebug.

I stamped my ice cream truck and ice creams form my Close to your heart stamps, I coloured them in with my Derwent water coloured pencils and put in my sticker machine.  I decorated my card with a row white scalloped border maker and a row of pink scallop border maker cartridge from Creative Memories.  I stuck the borders down first before putting my image on.  I then stuck my ice cream truck on, and my ice creams.  I put these in my sticker machine.  I cut my ice cream sign out and mounted on mounting tape.

I added sparkle to my card with a wink of Stella Pen.  From Stampin Up.
