Cut a peace of 12 x 5.8 inch card stock and fold in half and crease to make the card.  Then choose a peace of decorative card stock to fit on front off card.  Back the decorative card stock with a peace of plain card stock.

I coloured my Fluffy Besti Image and then cut her out using one of my nesting dies.  Then cut out a peace of plain card stock in the same nesting die and then cut down the centre from top to bottom and stick behind your image.  Sponge around your nesting die with blue ink.  Before sticking to your card place a narrow strip of border colour under your image, use paper or ribbon.

Put your card together and then decorate.

I cut out an oval with my Stampin up punch, then sponge around the edge with your blue ink.  Stamp Birthday Wishes on your oval and then cut out a scalloped oval, and the stick your oval onto this and decorate with bling.

I used a tea pot button, and some pink ribbon roses to decorate.  I cut out the chevron arrow and stick into position.
