Cut a peace fo 12 x 5.8 inch's of plain pink card stock and fold in half and crease to form your card.  Then cut  a peace of polka dots to fit on the front of your pink card stock and allow to see your plain card stock under your card.  Don't stick down until you have attached your ribbon.

I coloured my Besti image from the Etsy Store with my coloured pencils and I coloured my image.   I used a lattice die and I cut this out and stuck on to my polka dot card stock from Stampin Up Bright collection  Before sticking your polka Dots down place a peace of pink ribbon on the top left hand side of your card and stick behind your dotty peace of card stock.  Then thread the peace of ribbon under your ribbon and pull and tie off and trim.

I cut out the spoon with a die and I used gold paper for this.  I used 6 Ribbon Roses and I alos used a pink Tea Pot button.    You will find the ribbon roses at Shiploads or your craft shop.  I stamped the words  So Glad were friends and sponged around the edge with my hot pink ink, I used my stampin up scalloped punch to cut this out.  I then cut out two more scalloped peaces in plain pink and stuck on either side of my sign.  I just had fun.  This is such a wonderful fun image to colour and have fun.
