I firstly cut out my plain orange card stock, 12 inch by 61/2 inches, fold in half and crease to form your base card. Cut a piece of black card stock, approx 6.4 inches by 5.8 inches allow to see your orange around the edge, adjust measurements if you can not see your orange card stock.
You can stick your black card stock, onto your orange card stock using your double sided tape.
I then cut a piece of plain white card stock 5.2 inches by 6.2 inches, again allow to see your black card stock under your white, this creates pop. Do not stick
I used a polka dot piece of decorative card stock, 6 inches by 5 1/2 inches. Adjust if needed.
I coloured my image using Prismacolor pencils, I used Canary Yellow, Orange and yellowed orange for her dress. For Skin I used Burnt Ochre, Peach, Light Peach, Egg Shell and white.
I layered my papers white, then decorative spots, I stuck a piece of black spotty ribbon across the top left side of my card and then tucked ends under edge, before sticking too your white card stock. Then thread a piece of ribbon under your corner piece and tie and trim. Once you have done your corner you can stick your decorative card stock to your white card stock.
I used a long piece of black spotty ribbon, I stuck this down with my red double sided tape. Tuck ends under your white card stock. I added a piece of white lace under my ribbon, just trim off at each end.
I cut around my coloured image with my sharp scissors, I then stuck my image to my card. I stamped my birthday wishes, with one off my stamping up stamps, I sponged around the edge of my birthday wishes. I cut this birthday wishes with my stampin up punch, I cut out two more shapes with my punch and stuck under my birthday wishes on each side. I added bling to my sign in orange. You can adapt, it too what you have. Just have fun and enjoy.
