I cut out a Piece off blue plain card stock 12 inch by 7.5 inch's and folded in half to form my card.  I then cut out a piece off plain white card stock and stamped my background with my Stampin up stamps,  I used the stamp sets, Gorgeous Grunge, Beware Pirate, Extreme Elements.
I coloured my image using Prismacolor pencils.  For the Jumper I used Colbalt Blue Hue, Aquamarine, and Light Aqua.   For the Scarf, I used China Blue,  Colbalt Blue Hue, and White, then I used Colbalt Turquoise, Aquamarine, and Light Aqua.

The Cape I used Black, 90% Cool Grey,  70% Cool Grey, 50%  Cool Grey, and White

Hair I used Black 90% Cool Grey, 70% Cool Grey, 50% Cool Grey, 20% Cool Grey, and 10% Cool Grey and white

Glasses I used Aquamarine, Light Aqua, 10%  Cool Grey and White,  I used Burnt Ochre on eye brows and Freckles.

I used my Creative Memories large oval to cut out my image.  I used my red blade and my green blade on the black card stock.    I sponged around my image with blue ink,  I cut out another oval in plain black card stock and stuck under my image.  I also used my stamps Gorgeous grunge to stamp around my image and a few from Extreme Elements.

I stamped Birthday Wishes in Black and cut out with my scalloped punch from Stampin Up,  I sponged around edge with blue ink.  I cut two more scalloped edge ovals and placed on either side of my Birthday Wishes to give pop.  Just have fun.
